A funding project of the state capital Magdeburg:
Promoting the professional integration of migrants and securing skilled workers for companies.
It is the view that determines whether and how we see migration.
Prospects, career opportunities and the enrichment of the labor market are part of our view of people with a migration background. We therefore focus specifically on breaking down social and professional barriers as well as communication problems for our participants.
Who can take part?
ALG II recipients with a migration background, their benefit communities and migrants with tolerated status.
