Prospects, career opportunities and the enrichment of the labor market are part of our view of people with a migration background. We therefore focus specifically on breaking down social and professional barriers as well as communication problems for our participants. <\/p>\n

ALG II recipients with a migration background, their benefit communities and migrants with tolerated status.<\/p>\n

Our many years of experience in working with migrants form the basis for the success of the project. We initiated this project together with the state capital Magdeburg to offer migrants the chance of a professional future in Germany. <\/p>\n
